Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations for students and managing a diverse caseload alongside the school team
• Participating in special education assessments, reevaluations, and active involvement in IEP meetings
• Designing and implementing targeted OT services, including setting measurable goals and identifying accommodations and supports
• Delivering individualized therapy and consultation across general and special education environments
• Collaborating closely with educators, paraeducators, families, and student support teams to foster student success
• Customizing equipment, materials, and activities to ensure inclusive participation for each student
• Maintaining accurate records, timely evaluation reports, and comprehensive documentation
• Utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Engaging in required staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Valid OSPI certification/licensure
• Proven experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist
• Proficiency with IEP writing and a solid understanding of special education processes
