Step into a rewarding role providing essential occupational therapy services to elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated OT professional ready to make a meaningful difference working on-site near Mount Vernon, WA.

You’ll deliver hands-on support to approximately 45 children, collaborating closely with educators and families to foster student growth and independence. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027. The opportunity is entirely on-site, allowing you to engage directly with students, faculty, and the school community. VOCO services are not being considered at this time.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with current state credentials
• Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of elementary-aged students
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Committed to supporting diverse learners and inclusive education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for students with various needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT interventions in the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers and families to promote carryover of strategies
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Promote independence in daily school routines, motor skills, and classroom participation
