What You'll Do as Our HR Coordinator Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition. Coordinating employee training sessions and maintaining training documentation. Addressing employee inquiries and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. Collaborating with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of HR tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and attention to detail. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus, but not required. Why Join Connected Crew?
