Project Coordinator

Support the JPMC Project Manager in all aspects of deploying client and network services to the JPMC Retail Branch nationwide estate Track project deliverables related to client and network services implementation at each branch Update deliverable statuses in a centralized repository Manipulate spreadsheets used as data input for client and network implementations Upload spreadsheets and submit webforms to a centralized repository Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes as needed Perform quality assurance and data integrity checks on data sets Coordinate with vendors and other JPMC departments Provide routine metrics and reporting Requirements 2-4 years’ experience as a technology Project Coordinator 8-10 years’ experience using a PC in a business environment, including MS Office Strong knowledge of MS Office suite Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient time management skills and sense of urgency Ability to track a project through its lifecycle to successful deployment Ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing industry Ability to work flexible hours and be available after hours/weekends if required Ability to read, understand, and interpret job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing Regular use of computer keyboard, mouse, and office equipment Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, including via phone and video conferencing Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project coordination capabilities with a focus on client and network services implementation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
