Telecom Program Manager Location: Dallas, TX Length: 10-12 months Start: ASAP Interivew: Video OVERVIEW Client has recently undergone a big org change and client is now responsible for delivering multiple programs. Client has a need for a person to serve as right hand to help build out what the structure of her portfolio of work should look like. The scope will be working directly with an Assistant Vice President as right hand. The client had a reorganization and took on various programs. They need someone to provide strategic direction on how to bring together process integration and drive synergies across the program. Required 8-10 years of experience within IT program management Experience with SmartConnect Strategic and Tactical planning for client’s Portfolio Assist client with various activities related to identifying synergies across client’s portfolio and driving consistent practices across the portfolio Attend various planning meetings with client and c-suite peers. There will be a need to help with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) Help to define PMO structure and process for client portfolio Portfolio Optimization Vendor tracking and optimization (various vendors on the programs, need to understand what they are doing and drive efficiencies) Bachelor degree in Business or other related discipline. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification; is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
