Miles of walkable waterfront, top restaurants and city landmarks are all within easy reach.Role of the Residential ConciergeHelps processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified by the Resident.Provide information regarding residential and/or hotel/resort events, services and amenitiesAssist homeowners transporting items to and from private storage as requestedAssist in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the Residences Concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiumsPerform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or Residential LeaderAssists other Residential team members, including Management, Public Area Assistants and Residence Concierge, with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periodsHandle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilitiesThe ability to communicate residence requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks.Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergencyHelps ensure that the Residential Lobby, and other Common Areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all timesMust be available to work evening shifts.What to Expect from Your Employee ExperienceHourly Rate: $21.71401k Retirement PlanExciting training and development opportunitiesComplimentary employee mealsComplimentary room nights at Four Seasons hotels around the worldDiscounted employee parkingAnd Much More!Work authorization in the United States required.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
