This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in a flexible, supportive online setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals and needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to optimize holistic care approaches and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops that enhance clinical skills and contribute to the overall advancement of our clinical services.

• Proactively identify and suggest new strategies and best practices to improve patient care and increase the effectiveness of treatment programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This role is integral in fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Your ability to quickly establish rapport will be vital in helping clients embark on their journeys toward healing and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active professional license in California—LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT—is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health counseling role, providing direct services to clients with mental health issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong therapeutic relationships quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not a strict requirement. Experience using telehealth platforms will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
