Program Manager, Clinical Services

Leading the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide program management initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, Clinical Services will oversee strategic initiatives across ambulatory, virtual, and specialty care settings to enhance patient outcomes and care experiences. Key responsibilities Develops and implements program charters, roadmaps, and operational models aligned with organizational priorities Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and engages stakeholders to drive adoption of new workflows and care models Establishes governance structures and performance monitoring processes to ensure program success and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, finance, analytics, informatics, or a related field (required) Graduate degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing (preferred) 5+ years of experience in healthcare program management or clinical operations (required) Experience leading complex healthcare initiatives and managing multiple projects (preferred) Proficiency in value-based care models and healthcare operations (required)
