Job Title: Commercial Business Development Representative – HVAC Products Location: Carrollton, TX Company: Carrier Enterprise (CE), a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., a leading independent HVAC/R distributor. Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our organization. Job Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using email, phone, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Sales Development Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospects. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pricing information. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up systematically. Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle. Act as a brand ambassador and gather market feedback. Account Management Coordinate with sales and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Track all business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM. Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform company strategy and positioning. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of sales development, business development, or relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
