This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support daily HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.

In this role, you will administer employee benefits—including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)—coordinate onboarding processes, maintain accurate HR records, and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices
• Experience coordinating onboarding and orientation programs
• Working knowledge of employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR record management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy

Nice to Have Skills:

• PHR or SHRM certification
• Experience within the project management or professional services industry

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in a human resources role, with comprehensive benefits administration experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Dallas, Texas
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
