Hours: We are looking for therapists who are available: Monday thru Friday evening hours 2:00pm - 8:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00 pm. Our mission: Empowering lives, one step at a time . What You’ll Do: This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients both in-office and telehealth (when available). No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference! Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges. Identify and address the needs of abused and neglected children and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy. Collaborate with professionals like educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care. Offer emergency support when needed, both during office hours and after hours. Join monthly team meetings to share insights, learn new techniques, and grow as a professional. What We’re Looking For: We want passionate, empathetic professionals with a strong foundation in mental health and counseling . If you check these boxes, we’d love to hear from you! Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC). 2+ years of experience counseling children. 3+ years of experience in mental health services. Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Extra Kudos If You Have: Experience with art therapy, play therapy, or child abuse treatment. Expertise in child development and family systems.
