Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, effectively utilizing video conferencing tools to engage with clients. \n Assess client mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances. \n Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. \n Maintain strict compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards while documenting and managing client records confidentially. \n Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care. \n Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, reliability in meeting client appointments, and clear communication regarding treatment progress. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your practice will primarily focus on diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
