Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with both role and mission
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding coordination and recruitment reporting
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Ability to work on-site in Raynham, MA five days per week
• Interest in working within a mission-driven, nonprofit environment
