Team Lead, Loan Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a growing regional bank as they’re seeking a Team Lead, Loan Operations Manager. This individual will oversee the bank’s loan servicing and closing functions across a growing portfolio of CRE, C&I, middle market, and ABL loans. You’ll be leading a team of both onshore and offshore individuals. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, team management, and the continuous improvement of loan workflows and procedures. There will also be a focus on syndication loans as well. Exposure to nCino or Loan IQ would be a plus. If you’re interested in learning more, apply today! Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end loan operations lifecycle, (including syndicated functions) for loan closing, servicing, and processing. Work closely with other departments to originate syndicated loan mandates and execute transactions once mandated. Monitor loan operations metrics and reporting to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput. Conduct business reviews of credit documentation and handle booking of new transactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree qualified with related field with 7+ years’ experience in banking or financial services experience. Coming from a loan operations or loan servicing background with syndications experience and/or knowledge within loan agency. Experience managing offshore teams. Experience using nCino, Salesforce, and/ or Loan IQ is a place. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
