What You’ll Be Doing As a Line Cook at 101 Smokehouse Marion, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality dining experience our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensuring food is presented in an appealing and consistent manner. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and monitoring supplies. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring your culinary skills and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role. Skills: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols. Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during busy service periods.
