This position offers the flexibility of working from home, utilizing a user-friendly telehealth platform that serves as your private online office. You will be able to set your own schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while seeing clients via video chat. Our onboarding specialists are capable of getting you set up to see clients quickly, with onboarding taking as little as 1-3 days.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, tailoring your approach to match their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Facilitate conversations that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, guiding them in developing self-insight and understanding their relational dynamics.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate their goals for therapy and supporting them as they progress toward those objectives.

• Assess mental health conditions systematically, applying your clinical expertise to devise and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of adult clients who have been carefully screened to ensure they are stable and presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is matched to you based on your specializations and personal preferences, enabling you to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions. This thoughtful approach maximizes the potential for meaningful outcomes, as you engage with clients who align with your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates should have no limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition, critical for forming therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency with digital communication and telehealth technologies is essential; familiarity with therapy platforms is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
