Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in achieving their personal goals through customized treatment plans.
• Engage in therapeutic activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Provide training in functional skills to enhance daily living.
• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate residents and their families about treatment plans and progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
