Senior Cost Analyst

You will be responsible for partnering with executive management, standard costing, and analysis of information including scorecards, spends, absorption, inventory driven, etc. Reports to a Business Segment Controller and presents monthly, quarterly financial reporting to Manufacturing Leadership as well as other senior level stakeholders. Compensation: $115K-$150K salary, plus bonus and RSU grant Hybrid - Contra Costa County, CA, SF Bay Area. 3 days onsite Tue, Wed, Thurs as a team. Who We Are? You must have approximately 3-10 years of increasing cost accounting experience, with strong curiosity. You are required to be detail‑oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be flexible with competing deadlines. You must have experience with standard costing, and analysis of information including scorecards, spends, absorption, and inventory driven, etc. You should possess at minimum a college bachelor's degree, and ideally a CPA or Master of Accountancy.
