Payroll Specialist Salary Range: $48,000-$60,000 Location: South Bend, Indiana Schedule: On-site | Full-time Overview A reputable employer in South Bend is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll processing for a diverse workforce. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong customer service skills. Core Duties * Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees * Verify timecards, overtime, PTO, and shift differentials * Maintain employee payroll records and tax documentation * Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations * Respond to employee payroll questions * Assist with year-end W-2s, audits, and reporting * Coordinate with HR on onboarding and payroll changes Requirements * 2-4 years of payroll experience * Knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state regulations * Experience with ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or similar systems * Strong attention to detail and confidentiality #INJUN2026 Click here to apply online (
