Office Assistant Company: Siebert Yacht Management Location: Jupiter, Florida (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Administration Reports To: Office Manager We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team in Jupiter. This is a key support role that keeps the office running smoothly and helps our team stay productive. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy multitasking, and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room usage Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry Organize travel arrangements/weekly calendar Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient with Quickbooks Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills What We Offer Competitive salary: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Siebert Yacht Management Inc
