This position will be located on-site daily in San Diego, CA or Palmdale, CA with a 4/10 work schedule.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasLevel 2 Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree.Must have an active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Project and/or IMS.Experience with EVMS.Experience with schedule analytics and risk assessment tools.We offer phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly collaborative workplace. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
