Job Title: Administrative Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for their office, offering $22-$24/hour. This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. This role is ideal for someone with several years of experience who enjoys being a reliable, long-term contributor in a steady office environment. Responsibilities:
- Deposits
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Collections
- New customer credit processing
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a professional manner contributing to customer satisfaction and accurate, on-time processing
- Assist the General Manager with month-end procedures
- Support other office staff with various administrative processes
- Approximately 5 years of relevant accounts payable/accounts receivable or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and database software
- Team player who works well with others in a collaborative office setting
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, consistent, and comfortable in a steady role with defined responsibilities
- Assertive and persistent when handling collections and follow-ups
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
