Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate personalized therapy strategies to empower them to attain their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage scientifically supported methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTRs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers about therapy practices that will sustain progress outside of sessions.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients are on the right track.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
