Position Details Role: Affordable Property Manager Location: Madison, WI 53711 Pay: $28/hr. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Start Date: ASAP Opportunity Type: Contract Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property Support compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations Manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, and recertifications Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation Rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders Qualifications Previous property management or leasing experience required Affordable housing experience (HUD/Section 8/LIHTC) preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with property management software is a plus Why BG Staffing?
