Growth Marketing SpecialistCoinflow's marketing team is small, fast-moving, and punches well above its weight. We operate as both an internal and external service org, running a packed events calendar, a multi-voice, multi-channel content engine, and community programs that convert.We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution across content, community, social, and events as we continue scaling. This role reports directly to our Head of Marketing.Plainly: you'll turn strategy into shipped work — cultivating growth with content, community, and events. You'll see creative ideas come to fruition, generating revenue for one of the fastest-growing startups in Chicago.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Execution: Own the strategic and operational backbone of Coinflow's event program — including strategy, logistics, guest lists, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.Community: Keep Coinflow's community and brand initiatives in motion to generate revenue and partnership opportunities.Content Publishing & Distribution: Execute blog posts, social content, newsletters — from draft to publish to reporting.Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity, engagement, and reporting across Coinflow's channels, keeping brand voice and vision consistent across accounts.Growth Experiments: Run smaller growth tests — social media experiments, landing page variants, community-led growth loops — in partnership with the marketing and growth team.Market & Competitive Research: Track payments industry trends and competitor moves, and feed what you learn back into content and campaign planning.Required Qualifications0–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internship experience counts)Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL to work at least 4 days a week at our Coinflow HQStrong writing skills — comfortable drafting social copy, blog posts, or newsletter content in an established brand voiceHighly organized, with the ability to run multiple content and event workstreams at once without dropping detailsComfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment — this role covers a lot of ground with limited hand-holdingHands-on comfort and curiosity using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to speed up workflows, research, drafting, and day-to-day execution — we expect you to use them, not avoid themGenuine interest in fintech, payments, or stablecoinsPreferred QualificationsExperience with social media scheduling or lightweight design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma)Prior internship or early-career experience at a startup or fast-growth companyExperience supporting live events — logistics, vendor coordination, or on-site executionFamiliarity with the stablecoin, crypto, or broader payments spaceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation including base salary and equityThe chance to own a highly visible function early in your career, with direct mentorship from Coinflow's Head of MarketingCollaborative environment with regular exposure to Coinflow's founders and leadership teamComprehensive benefits, including health and wellness coverage, 401(k), and flexible time offThe base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD + equity.
