Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, handling order processing, and keeping customer records accurate and up to date.Key Responsibilities:Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous mannerInvestigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when neededProcess customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completionMake outbound calls to promote products and meet assigned sales goalsCollect customer feedback and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer recordsConduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadershipQualifications:1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting requiredComfortable using Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platformsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesCustomer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced settingBachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degreeAdditional Details: This is a contract role lasting approximately 2-3 months, fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.Perks:Hands-on experience in a fast-paced call center environmentOpportunity to strengthen customer service and sales skills alongside a supportive teamAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
