JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Collections Analyst
The ideal candidate will have over five years of heavy cash collections experience. We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and customer-service-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include problem-solving, recommending solutions, and helping the team meet monthly and quarterly KPIs

What You'll Do:
• Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers to ensure timely follow-ups and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer billing disputes efficiently.
• Collections Enhancement: Driving process improvements to maximize team potential and meet monthly cash collection goals to improve Free Cash Flow.
• Reporting: Generating weekly aging reports with collection comments for management review.
• Billing Support: Assisting with the evaluation, reconciliation, and issuance of monthly invoices.
• Administrative Tasks: Processing vendor setup forms and managing invoice uploads to third-party platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
• Compliance: Supporting SOX initiatives and preparing schedules for external audits.

What We're Looking For:
• 5 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on collections.
• Strong background in cash collections and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities while continuously meeting timelines and deadlines.
• Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to think innovatively, work independently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and contribute beyond the defined role as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and learn quickly in a high-growth company.
