Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients, focusing on early intervention and immediate evaluations to expedite recovery.
• Optimize clinical workflows by managing patient capture, referral processing, and effective scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in continuous assessment and improvement of clinical outcomes by collaborating with team members and utilizing clinical tools.
• Cultivate professional relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through consistent engagement and communication strategies.
• Ensure accurate and thoughtful documentation in clinical systems to support coding, billing, and comprehensive follow-up on patient care orders.
• Maintain compliance with relevant state practice guidelines and regulations, particularly in relation to Workers' Compensation policies.
• Track patient satisfaction metrics and drive initiatives that enhance overall client experiences at our facility.
• Demonstrate mastery of the Physical Therapy Guidebook through adherence to established best practices and protocols during patient visits.
• Monitor and address case outliers in collaboration with other therapists, ensuring quality care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating professionalism and tact in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with a focus on outpatient physical therapy.
