Company Overview
At Patriot SoftWash, we provide excellent customer service, soft washing homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cobwebs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesnt erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.

Job Summary
We are expanding and growing in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and need someone experienced in selling services to homeowners and commercial facility managers and investors. You drive excellent customer service and sales in an assigned territory in our luxury residential and commercial exterior cleaning business.

Responsibilities

• You are a HUNTER and want to Drive new business with a passion
• You are driven to keep your sales up to and exceed your sales quota
• You thrive on delivering onsite proposals and consultations
• You know how to grow a territory and keep it growing
• You participate in and set up all company tradeshows
• You know how to administer and grow referral partner relationships
• You have the ability to do your part within the company's business system
• You are driven to have high-conversions and constantly follow-up with quotes that were not closed
• You are driven to establish and participate in local leads groups to develop relationships for lead creation
• You are meticulous about customer information and data input into the company CRM

Qualifications

• You have previously excelled in an outside sales role, exceeding your goals
• Your experience selling in the home services industry (cleaning, landscaping, painting, roofing, etc.) is a HUGE plus and will accelerate your success!
• You have previously provided exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining strong relationships
• You are a leader others want to follow
• You understand what it takes to achieve sales and production goals
• You are driven to follow-up with quotes that were not closed
• You are able to attend and participate in company promotional or social events
• You have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and can pass a Background check
• You work with computer programs such as: Word, Excel, CRMs?
• You are able to effectively present a company's benefits, services, and value to close a sale
• You are able to perform onsite proposals and consultations
• You have a strong understand of marketing and its interaction with sales
