Marketing Associate

Job Description We are looking to immediately bring on a new Marketing Associate. We are seeking talented individuals to be a part of our Marketing Associate team in efforts to keep up with our overwhelming customer base. We will train and develop our Marketing Associates starting from the ground up. We believe that in order to have a successful team, they must understand all aspects of the business. The Marketing Associate will not only have the opportunity to work with local customers directly, they will also be able to network with others in the organization, learn how to manage a small team, and be a part of our business’ marketing expansion. The Marketing Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to educate them on products and services offered by our clients and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Associate will be working closely with pre-qualified consumers to enhance the reputation of our clientele in the local community and put them in the best position to be successful. We are looking for our Marketing Associate to be part of a team that is strong, determined, and ambitious to take on new challenges and opportunities as they are presented. Marketing Associate Responsibilities Professionally educate new and existing customers on services inquired for by providing them with detailed information. Offer excellent direct marketing, customer service and communication by following up with customers about how the sale, new products and installations have gone. Customize the customers pricing package based on their desires to increase sales, brand awareness and revenue generated. Provide timely responses to customers and effective solutions to problems in customer retention and brand establishment. Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge. Work closely with Marketing Managers to continue developing new skills that will assist in developing a strong team. Marketing Associate Qualifications Has a strong desire to learn in the fields of Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and Leadership.
