Network Lead MAHIN-JOB-32689 Role:- Verint Voice Engineer Location- Pittsburgh, USA Salary:- 100K Hire type- Permanent Job Description IPC Voice Engineer (2 resources) - 3-6 years Experience Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain IPC and Verint Call Recording systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve system and end-user issues as they arise, including on-call support as needed.
3. Perform regular system checks and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
4. Work closely with other team members, leads, and management to develop and implement system improvements.
5. Provide technical support and training to end users.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and operation.
7. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, including adherence to data security protocols.

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with IPC and Verint call recording systems.
3. Strong understanding of telecommunication and VoIP systems.
4. Proficient in system troubleshooting and problem resolution.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

1. Serve as Lead Engineer, responsible for operational oversight, maintenance, and administration of IPC and Verint Call Recording systems, and ensuring redundancy, fault tolerance, and data integrity are fully operational.
2. Lead system upgrades and migrations.
3. Demonstrate mastery in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Verint solutions, provide expert-level guidance to other team members, and serve as escalation point for peers, traders, and external business units.
4. Lead collaborative working sessions with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
5. Independently perform routine system checks to ensure peak performance in the environment.
6. Through extensive prior experience, identify deficiencies in environment configuration and make recommendations to management for design and architecture improvements to further system reliability.
7. Develop, implement, and document best practices for system maintenance and operation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with IPC trading environments and Verint Call Recording solutions.
3. Strong understanding of call center operations and technologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism when working with executives and business leads, and the ability to work in a team.
