About the Role
The Company is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for the Office of the CTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with platform and infrastructure engineering teams to define solutions for technology products in the infrastructure and platform services departments. This role also involves collaborating with software application engineering teams to ensure that the architecture solutions offered by the Office of the CTO are effectively utilized. The Lead Solutions Architect will be tasked with developing usage patterns and standards to enhance the consumability of CTO services, as well as defining and incubating new service solutions to meet the requirements of application teams. A key aspect of the position is to become a trusted partner of application teams, facilitating software delivery, and leading a set of solution architects. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's, PhD, or relevant certifications. A minimum of 8 years of industry-relevant experience is required, with at least 5 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, IT architecture, network administration, network support, software testing, and system administration. Competencies in hardware infrastructure, IT environment, IT industry trends, IT service management, and IT standards and policies are essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in a large-scope responsibility, the ability to manage risk, and a customer-focused approach.
