Essential Duties - Performs a variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner under supervision. Such as copying, filing, scanning, and data entry. Ability to answer calls, emails, and in-person questions in a professional manner. Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices; knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and software. Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, as appropriate to the assignment; skilled in oral and written communication; skilled in interpersonal relations. Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner; ability to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to detail; ability to operate a variety of office equipment. Performs cashiering duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications - Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes. Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office.

Preferred Qualifications - Registered for Business, Finance, or Accounting classes.

Salary - $9.00
