Analyst, Marketing Data Product

to join the Performance Marketing arm of this media team. We are an integrated, cross-functional team of marketers, software engineers, data scientists, and analysts who help the Media team execute highly data-driven marketing campaigns and tactics. As an Analyst, Marketing Data Product, you will assist the delivery of our product roadmap. You will help create innovative campaign planning tools, complex data science workflows, and elegant web applications that blend the art of advertising at Disney with the science of our data-backed insights. This role is unique – our team is embedded directly within the Disney media team. We're aligned, mission-driven, and free to move fast and innovate towards our goals. You'll tackle the challenges of executing and optimizing precise paid media strategies, using the latest technologies and tools. If you're excited about this, please get in touch – we'd love to hear from you! The role reports to a Manager, Marketing Data Product and is based in Burbank, CA. You Will / Responsibilities: Build dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and help our users make informed decisions Live and breathe our data – become the owner for an array of detailed tables and collections (and make sure the data is always high quality) Write and approve technical user stories for engineers on our internal team; coordinate efforts between different groups to ensure alignment and delivery Ensure that existing media analytics tools, platforms, processes, and dashboards continue to deliver value for our campaigns; write SQL queries to verify data quality Leverage AI and LLMs to get out of your comfort zone – you will build your own prototypes and tools in collaboration with the broader team You Will Have / Required Qualifications: 3+ years of related work experience in Data Engineering/Analytics, Ad Tech/Media Analytics, or technical Product Management Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI An understanding of SQL and working with large datasets Experience with workflow tracking or project management tools (e.g., Airtable) Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking, and implementation Knowledge of ad platforms, including DMPs, Google Ads, Meta, Innovid, and DSPs (Google Display Video, The Trade Desk, Yahoo Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject areas, such as Computer Science or Business Analytics or equivalent work experience Preferred Education: Master’s degree in relevant subject area Additional Information

Learn more about our benefits and perks at The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $97,500.00 to $130,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
