Capriottis Sandwich Shop at 7440 W Cheyenne Avenue is seeking an Assistant Manager for Quick Service Restaurant Manager to join our team! Come Share our Passion one sandwich at a time. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable takeout and dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issuesndw
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Must work nights and weekends
Take daily inventory
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
