As the first person visitors, customers, and partners meet when they contact or visit our office, you'll play a critical role in representing our company and culture. While there are administrative and organizational responsibilities throughout the day, your most important job is ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience.

What You'll Do

Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

• Welcome every visitor with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Build positive connections with customers, vendors, and team members
• Answer phones with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Ensure every guest feels acknowledged, valued, and cared for
• Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and positivity in every interaction

Keep the Office Running Smoothly

During quieter periods, you'll help support daily operations by:

• Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries
• Assisting with administrative and office support tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Preparing conference rooms and common spaces for guests and meetings
• Supporting various office projects and team initiatives
• Helping ensure the office is ready to welcome visitors at all times

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in a receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or front desk role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
