Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Happy Valley, Oregon right across from the Clackamas Town Center Mall. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. The role includes scheduling meetings, coordinating visitor check‑ins, and supporting basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. The Front Desk Receptionist will also respond to general inquiries, provide information to clients and vendors, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily office operations. Consistent, courteous, and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders is a core expectation of this role. Compensation Position starts at $18.00/hr After 6 months we will review your work and discuss a pay increase After 6 months we will also add medical insurance, at no cost for yourself and available for you to add on dependents at a discounted rate PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement as company grows Hours 8am-5pm Monday - Friday Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls, greet visitors, and handle front desk interactions professionally. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills to support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive visitor and client experience. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced office environment. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets). Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in office administration is a plus.
