Technical Sales Engineer

Technical Sales Engineer opportunity in Greensboro, NC with a growing international manufacturer of HVAC and thermal-management systems for on-road and off-road vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who combines a technical background with a strong sales mindset . The company is specifically looking for someone who enjoys developing new business, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and moving opportunities through the full sales process. What you’ll be doing: Prospecting and developing new customer opportunities Conducting proactive outreach to new leads and potential accounts Managing incoming RFQs and working with customers to understand project requirements Leading discovery calls and meetings to better understand customer needs Developing technical and commercial proposals Presenting solutions and explaining technical concepts to customers Managing negotiations and following opportunities through the closing process Working closely with internal teams to support prototypes, customer requirements, and overall customer satisfaction What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development, or a related role Strong new business development and prospecting experience Comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and actively pursuing new customers Experience selling technical, engineered, industrial, HVAC, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar products Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical customer requirements and recommend solutions Must be located in the Greensboro area or open to relocation This is an onsite opportunity in Greensboro, NC with a company that is continuing to grow its U.S. presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Graham Personnel Services
