What You'll Do

• Collaborate with neonatologists to develop and implement care plans for newborns in four Level II NICUs
• Provide neonatal assessment, stabilization, and ongoing care for neonates and preterm infants
• Cover shifts including on-call duties from home, with some additional coverage at Lakeside for short shifts
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and family consultations
• Assist with procedures and diagnostic assessments as needed
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal care practices

What You Need

• Active RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Experience working in neonatal or pediatric care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight on-call hours
• Residency within Oklahoma City area (relocation may be required)
