Bookkeeper/Accountant

Salary: USD52000 - USD60000 per hour Our client, a reputable CPA firm in Tampa, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant for an immediate opening. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a public accounting environment, supporting multiple clients, and handling a variety of bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing General Ledger maintenance and invoice coding Bank and account reconciliations Small business write-up preparation Payroll tax filings and reconciliations, including Form 941 and RT-6 Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities Support clients with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting needs Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations Experience processing payroll tax filings, including 941s and RT-6s Accounts Payable and bookkeeping experience required QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a client-focused environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
