Bookkeeper

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team! Responsibilities: Process and reconcile banking transactions across multiple accounts Manage trust account activity related to legal settlements Handle client retainer deposits, disbursements, and account tracking Maintain and reconcile petty cash records Perform general bookkeeping and accounting functions Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with firm policies Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting as needed Key Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or trust accounting experience Experience managing multiple bank accounts and banking portals Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping Legal industry or law firm accounting experience is a significant plus Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
