Key Responsibilities For The Bookkeeper Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting. Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities. Qualifications For The Bookkeeper 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems. Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial recordkeeping.
