ProSidian Seeks a Information Center Consultant / Schedulers (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) "to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures. This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.

The ideal Information Center Consultant / Schedulers (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. The following are examples of what the ProSidian and The Client would consider personnel and the skills, and education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: "A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work Experience includes eight years of operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of five years of scheduling experience using enterprise tools (i.e. Microsoft Project Server, Primavera software) KEY PERSONNEL: Ability To Serve As A Key Personnel Engagement Team Member. Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered to be essential to the work ProSidian performs. Prior to diverting any key personnel to other programs, ProSidian makes special efforts to notify Engagement Team Leads and Client Representatives reasonably in advance with appropriate justification, including proposed substitutions or replacements, in sufficient detail to permit The Client to evaluate the impact on the work ProSidian is obligated to perform.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS * Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
