As a Relationship Banking Business Specialist within PNC's retail branch banking organization, you will be based in our Journal Square branch, Jersey City, NJ. Job Description

The Relationship Banking Business Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and hospitality management.
• Work with branch team to help them identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Work Experience

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
