Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,523–$2,683 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00–16:30, 5x8 Days Start date: 06/22/2026 Bonus: $2,000 quick start bonus Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations for adult residents, including assessment of communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing function. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at maintaining or improving communication abilities, safe swallowing, and cognitive function; adjust plans based on progress and clinical data. Provide direct therapy sessions and, when appropriate, educate and supervise caregivers or support staff to support continuity of care. Document evaluations, goals, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge planning in the resident record per facility policy and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, dietitians, physicians, and other therapy staff) to coordinate care and support functional goals. Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement activities to support resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.
