VetnCare is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join us in a Clinical Director leadership role at our Northern California hospital, Campus Commons.

This is an opportunity to lead a highly experienced and collaborative veterinary team while partnering with a dedicated Hospital Manager and VetnCare's Chief Medical Officer to deliver next-level veterinary care.

The Role

As Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team
• Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success
• Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance
• Guide DVM development and mentorship
• Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases

You'll play a key role in helping VetnCare deliver on our mission of "next-level care, next door."

What We're Looking For

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Licensed (or eligible) in California
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
• Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine
