Vista Nissan of Casper is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to become the first point of contact for customers interested in selling or trading their vehicle. In this role, you'll work with warm inbound leads, educate customers on our appraisal process, schedule appointments, and partner with our sales team to help acquire quality pre-owned inventory.

What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from customers interested in selling or trading their vehicle.
• Contact customers by phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
• Build trust by providing a professional, friendly, and consultative experience.
• Educate customers on the appraisal and vehicle buying process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment conversions.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM.
• Partner closely with Sales Managers and Appraisers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Help increase our inventory by connecting customers with competitive offers for their vehicles.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour plus a $200 bonus for every completed vehicle purchase.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
