Printer Support Technician

I’m hiring for a Printer Support Technician position in Richmond, VA .
What You’ll Do:
- Perform printer troubleshooting, break/fix & basic equipment repairs — about 70% of the role
- Install printer drivers, map printers, configure IP addresses & troubleshoot connectivity
- Configure scan-to-email/file, user access, software updates & device settings
- Manage printer supplies, parts inventory, meter reads & asset tracking
Things to Know:
- Location: Richmond, VA – Onsite
- Duration: 12-month continuous contract (benefits + 40hr work week + no end date)
- Pay: $17.85-$20.91/hr
- Experience: 1-2 years supporting printers/copiers or resolving equipment issues
- Technical: Printer drivers, mapping, IP configuration, device troubleshooting & basic networking
- Customer Support: Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Physical: Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Citizenship: Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
