Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to serve clients within various communities in San Diego, California. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client needs. You will be part of a dedicated team within a community health clinic framework, working closely with colleagues in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions to clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including major mental illnesses and significant emotional disorders. Your role will emphasize empathy, resilience, and the empowerment of clients to make informed choices about their mental health and treatment options. By focusing on a client-centered approach, you will support individuals through various stages of their mental health journeys, promoting recovery and holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LCSW license is required.

• Base salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 90,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
