Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific goals.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress towards treatment goals and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and incorporate new methodologies into practice to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
